The production process is a planned sequence of steps carried out to turn raw material into ready-to-eat snack products, while maintaining quality, food safety, and efficiency.
Six main stages
- Peeling - raw materials are peeled by hand by a trained team.
- Slicing - sliced thin at a uniform thickness.
- Frying - controlled temperature until perfectly golden.
- Oil draining - using a spinner for extra crispness.
- Quality control - inspection of colour, texture, and flavour.
- Packaging - tight sealing against air and contaminants.
